Objectives and key results for Q2
Due to market conditions we’ve been focusing on O2: Improve positioning of ShineDAO & O3: Roll out Tokenomics 2.0.
Key achievements:
- Launched new website
- Updated documentation
- Rolled out the new brand
- Launched veSHN
On track:
- Increase supporters engagement
(follow #💰supporters-hub Discord channel for bi-weekly deal-flow updates) - Increase inflow of projects in the deal flow from 40 per Q to 120 per Q
(we improved the process, explored tools, and might cooperate with other investment DAOs) - Onboard 3 reputable advisors
(2/3 atm , will be focusing on that more till the end of the month, any tips from the community much appreciated) - Launch reward contracts
(veSHN holders already benefit from SHN reward contracts, we are close to launching the ability to distribute tokens from SWAPS to veSHN holders) - Launch MVP vesting contracts
(We have working MVP, perfecting this feature is lower prio than reward contracts) - MVP Webapp Adjustments
(We already changed colors, fonts and colors in “soft” rebranding, but working on propper updates on all existing features) - Secure 100k in grants

Frens Network — consulting arm of ShineDAO
Frens network is the execution and consulting arm of ShineDAO. The frens network comprises of vetted individuals and frens from other well-established projects, and DAO service providers. They support ShineDAO in sourcing and evaluating projects, participate in fundraisings, and offer services and consultations to our clients.

Why join?
- We make a contract with the project/client (to protect our contributors)
- We usually merge proposals and create a package that is more digestible for a project/client than proposals from many individuals
- We vouch for individuals in the Frens Network (together we have higher credibility)
- We can issue invoices and allow contributors to pay taxes
- You earn your desired rate, but we make the client pay 10% percent that goes to DAO treasury

We are looking for pool operator responsible for:
- Defining the liquidity pool trading strategy, including the options pricing model
- Operational tasks that implement such strategy (e.g. updating pricing parameters, etc).
